The DASH Knowledge Base (DKB) is a repository of tools and information for the field of multisector data-sharing for health.
The DKB was developed by the Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH) initiative. The goal of the DKB is to provide ideas, knowledge, and connections related to data sharing to anyone seeking to build a culture of health.
This publicly accessible online database contains resources, such as frameworks, guides, and reports, as well as profiles of scores of organizations and projects that were supported by the DASH initiative.

What Is the DASH Framework?
What Is the DASH Framework?
For ten years, DASH funded community collaborations that aim to share data, or use multi-sector data, to improve community health. Along the way, we collected insights and learnings from our partners and grant recipients.
One result of this work is the DASH Framework, which maps out all potential considerations in data-sharing projects, such as ‘shared power’ or ‘data standards’. You can think of it as a map for data sharing that identifies all the major landmarks.
You can use the interactive map on the DKB to find relevant projects and resources under the various domains of the DASH Framework.
